About Me

I am a queer-identified therapist guided by a strong foundation in trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy, enriched by the insights of attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. Additionally, I am trained in Somatic EMDR, which I incorporate to help clients process trauma in a holistic body-centered way. I am committed to assisting individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, their nervous systems, and their relationships. I also hold a profound respect for the complexities of human behavior, sexuality, gender identity, orientation, and cultural context.

I embody a warm, empathic, and collaborative style. I prioritize active listening and partnership. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I seek ways to join you in the healing and self-discovery process that leads to personal growth and transformational change. I also believe that therapy is most successful when the client is engaged and vulnerable. Through a blend of open dialogue, reflective exploration, and gentle guidance, I aim to help clients unearth unresolved conflicts, illuminate unconscious motivations, and develop new insights that pave the way toward greater wholeness and freedom.

What You Can Expect

One of the cornerstones of my practice is building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I approach this work with deep respect for your lived experiences and will strive to prioritize your autonomy and comfort. We will always move at your pace, creating a space where you feel safe to express yourself freely, without fear of judgment or pressure. I see my role as both a witness and a guide — to walk alongside you, offering tools, insights, and support as you navigate your healing journey. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of recent stressors, managing the effects of long-standing trauma, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I am here to help. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a more authentic connection to yourself and others.
