About Me

On your journey of self-improvement, I hope to provide you with a safe and empathetic space to be your most authentic self. Both past and present challenges can affect individuals in so many different and powerful ways. Through building a genuine and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I hope to help you explore your life experiences in an environment free from judgment or assumption. While therapy can be challenging, we will work together to unpack internalized burdens and emotions, leading to increased clarity and sense of purpose.

I believe that healing begins with empowerment and acknowledgement of your incredible ability to grow and change. We’ll partner together to uncover tools and remedies to aid you on your path forward. I’d like to help you reach the best version of yourself by working from a perspective that uplifts and strengthens your innate resilience.
