About Me

Pronouns: She/her

I’m a queer-identifying and neurodivergent therapist dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive therapeutic space. After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio State University, I moved to Seattle to pursue a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University. My training with this program has a strong focus on social justice oriented therapy, and I recently obtained a certification from the university in sex therapy.

My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe in approaching each person with an open heart and mind, respecting the unique experiences and identities that each person brings into the therapy room. Life is incredibly unpredictable, and I want to help support you in navigating the challenges that it brings.

What You Can Expect

My primary approach to working in therapy is both systemic and strengths based, rooted in the belief that we are all deeply interconnected with our system of family, friends, community, and larger culture. I value clients’ lived experiences and aim to incorporate that and their unique interests—whether they’re geeky hobbies or specific passions—into sessions to make the therapy process more engaging and personal. I want to help my clients recognize their internal strengths and resourcefulness with the ultimate goal of them achieving greater autonomy over their bodies, minds, relationships, and mental health. Whether you are seeking out therapy for yourself, your family, or your relationship, I believe we can work together in finding unique ways to reduce your distress.
