About Me

Now offering in-person sessions on Saturdays at the Fremont Space Building!

I am a former lawyer who chose a new career path after several years of practicing law, because I wanted to connect and collaborate with people in a more fulfilling way. I enjoy helping people discover healthy and sustainable ways to improve their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I am also an avid Norcal sports fan, I come from a huge family, and I am engaged to be married this summer of 2024!

Pronouns: He/Him

What You Can Expect

The role of a therapist is to help clients effect change in their lives to live more happily and healthily. I believe this change best occurs in a safe, trusting, vulnerable environment. My style of therapy is conversational, as I seek to build rapport with clients and learn how to help them thrive.
