Hailey is an insightful clinician and brings a diverse range of experiences with her. She is dedicated to fostering trust with clients and creating a holistic & collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Hailey’s Philosophy
“As a Black cis-woman, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and families who come from marginalized communities. I have a personal understanding of the complexities and expectations often found in family systems as well as the daily challenges of living as a person of color in the US. I prioritize recognizing clients’ strengths and strive for a collaborative approach to reach clients goals at a realistic and attainable pace”
Hailey has over a decade of experience in community development and engagement. This has allowed her to work with an expansive amount of individuals, parents, families, and community leaders throughout the Pacific Northwest. Because of her prior work background, Hailey is equipped to help clients process life transitions, familial issues, and generational trauma while providing clients with accessible resources when applicable.
